You see, I came to Lake Naomi thinking strictly in terms of business: buy a house for X, rent it by Y, see if there's a profit, the end. Talking with Jeff (and after he gave us a tour of the club's amenities) I'm now switching my thinking to "how many summers left do I have before my kids grow up?" and "what's the price of *that* compared to a property here?".
