My family and I have been coming to the Poconos every year since the early 1980s. First with my parents and for the last 17 years with my son. We have never missed having lunch or dinner at the Jubilee on our way to Split Rock Resort and breakfast on our way home. We absolutely love this place. Good food and nice people. I'm hoping this tradition lasts forever!
My family and I had a terrific breakfast. Food portions were generous, price was reasonable and the service was impeccable. The restaurant was clean, our waitress was friendly, and despite being busy, she checked in frequently to make sure we didn't need anything. I asked for a coffee refill and got it immediately. The home potatoes were delicious. I saw another review that complained about the skins being on. I think that made them extra crispy and delicious (and maybe a little healthier since the potato skin not only adds fiber and nutrients, but it also helps the flesh of the potato retain its nutrients.) I highly recommend it.

Truly, the king of breakfast. There is a reason this place is always crowded. Come hungry, because they serve great food, and they don't skimp. Lunch and dinner foods are good, but the breakfasts are the main attraction. The standard menu fare is outstanding, but don't miss out on the weekly specials menu!
I was able to visit this restaurant while I was at a conference at Kalahari. I met up with an old friend, and she chose this location, which was welcome to get away from the crowded Kalahari. We were able to sit outside on the patio, and our server, Katie, was AWESOMELY attentive, yet aware that we were long lost friends visiting with one another. When it got dark and a bit chilly, she offered to bring out a patio heater, and we continued to talk with no pressure. The food was amazing, and generously portioned. Then today when I was settling up my work receipts for the trip, I realized I didn't have the receipt I needed and I called in on a hope that I could get a copy of the receipt. I spoke with Lisa and she immediately was able to get my order and sent me a copy of the receipt. I couldn't have asked for better service, food, and customer support. Thanks to everyone there and I look forward to coming back next year when I am back for the conference!
